Mitt Romney selected Wisconsin Representative Paul Ryan as his running mate. Notably, Ryan, 42, is Chairman of the House Budget Committee.  The announcement was released on Romney’s mobile phone app.  Romney will be in Florida on Monday August 13, at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
